Data you provide voluntarily:

  • Name, email address, and any additional information you include when you contact us or book a consultation
  • Details you enter into our booking widget (name, email, meeting time, any notes)

Data collected automatically when you visit our site:

  • Basic technical data (IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL) via our analytics
  • Interaction data (pages visited, time on page, clicks) via our analytics
  • Advertising and remarketing data via the Meta (Facebook) Pixel

3. Why we collect your data and legal basis

  • To respond to your enquiries and schedule consultations. Legal basis: your consent and the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR)
  • To understand how our website is used and improve it. Legal basis: your consent for non-essential analytics cookies (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  • To measure the effectiveness of our marketing and show relevant content on third-party platforms. Legal basis: your consent for advertising cookies (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR)

Non-essential tracking (analytics and the Meta Pixel) is only activated after you have given your consent via our cookie banner.

4. Third-party services we use

  • GoHighLevel, hosts our "Book the Finance Gap Analysis Call" scheduling widget. Data you enter (name, email, chosen time slot) is stored and processed by GoHighLevel. See gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, provides the Facebook Pixel we use for advertising measurement. See facebook.com/privacy/policy
  • Our website analytics provider, aggregated data about how visitors use the site
  • Our email host, used to receive and reply to messages sent to info@8pexpartners.com

Where any of the above involves transfer of your data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision as the transfer mechanism.

5. How long we keep your data

  • Correspondence: 24 months from the last communication, unless a professional engagement requires longer retention for contractual or accounting reasons under Cyprus tax law
  • Booking data: duration of the client relationship plus 7 years, per Cyprus accounting record-keeping requirements
  • Analytics data: retained in aggregated form for up to 26 months
  • Meta Pixel data: governed by Meta's own policies (typically up to 180 days for event data)

6. Who we share your data with

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes outside those disclosed above.

We may share data only:

  • With the third-party service providers listed in section 4, strictly to deliver the services described
  • With competent authorities where required by law
  • With professional advisors (accountants, lawyers) bound by confidentiality obligations, if strictly necessary
